Artist's Description
Oklahoma Citys landmark bridge, Oklahoma City SkyDance Bridge, is a 380-foot-long pedestrian bridge and 197- foot-tall sculpture that spans Interstate 40 near Robinson Avenue south of downtown.
The police officer just happened to park under the bridge I was on while shooting the scissor-tailed monument. Add in some long exposure and create this effect.
